End to end, from concept-level design through commissioning and handover.

Engineering & Design
- Concept-level technical design of the 2.3 MW AI MDC (Phase 1) with a modular scalability roadmap to 20 MW
- Preliminary power and cooling capacity modeling for high-density AI compute requirements
- Modular enclosure architecture, structural design, and integration planning
- Power architecture: UPS, low/medium voltage distribution, generator integration
- Cooling topology: Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) design for high-density AI compute

Procurement & Integration
- Selection and procurement management of infrastructure components on behalf of Netflex
- System integration of power, cooling, compute, and monitoring subsystems
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) coordination and quality assurance

Deployment & Commissioning
- On-site installation supervision and project management
- Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) and operational handover
- Commissioning documentation and as-built technical handover package
- Sustainability benchmarking (target PUE ≤ 1.20)
